This position will be accountable to lead all logistics activities for Advanced Materials in the Middle East Region, which will include oversight of all 3PL warehousing teams and providers in region to ensure best in class performance.The Senior Logistics Analyst will drive and maintain a positive teamwork culture and ensure the teams focus toward achieving all service goals and metrics, both internal and external as well as supporting the enhancement and execution with key customer globally.
Responsibilities: – 
  •  Lead logistics within region for Freight and Distribution (end to end) requirements, encompassing all sites, including Factories, Service Distribution Centres, and 3PL partners.
  •  Partner with Manufacturing, Procurement, IT, SIOP, Finance, and Commercial teams to provide a transportation and distribution strategy that meets the needs of manufacturing and sales (customers) while sustaining performance, growth and productivity in the business.
  • Create and maintain a positive culture with all reporting personnel.
  • Identify and deliver improvement initiatives both systemic and physical.
  • Define, develop and deliver standardization practices throughout the network.
  • Contribute to the development of STRAP and AOP targets for Logistics.
