Description:	Be responsible for the daily operation and resource management of local site, and cooperate with the headquarter to release topic and contents in local language of the company’s own APP XClub Plan the local events, and organize online and offline activities in combination with current hot news or product marketing needs. Mining the brand products suitable for local users, and try the content monetization on XClub. Be responsible for DAU, user stay time, user return visit rate and other key performance data of local site. Be responsible for negotiate with the creators. Sign with influencers
Qualifications:	Familiar with Internet platforms, with Internet operation experience such as content-based website and has a good sense of contents. Highly conscientious and responsible, with a strong sense of responsibility, communication and coordination ability, and a high degree of execution. Excellent copywriting and image editing skills, video editing skills (can use Photoshop/Premier) are preferred. Have a keen sense of hot events, can create or plan hot topics. Open vision, willing to accept new things; strong self-learning ability. Good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing. If candidates have work experience as PR or BD or Marketing department will be better. Candidates should be sensitive to tech content, or sensitive to beauty content. Android phone user
