Description: Role Purpose:
  • Manage the facilities vendors as per the contractual terms and conditions.
  • Manage the offices issues using the proper tools for escalation, remedy and preventive maintenance.
  • Manage, monitor and assess the offices and retail shops facilities management throughout structured inspection program.
  • Ensure H & S is fully applied and followed
Qualifications:
  • Property and Facility management
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Self-managed/ self-motivated
  • Facilities management.
  • Technical back ground from technical institute.
  • Position requires a minimum of 5 years as a facilities coordinator/administrator.
  • Competence in personal computer skills, Microsoft Office including Word, and Excel, Outlook
