Description:	Preparing design development and construction documents drawings Support project BIM mobilization activities Perform QA on model deliverables to ensure compliance with Owner’s BIM Standards Audit and review models from all team members and sub-consultants. Provide oversight of model coordination process in design and construction Ensure that project teams use client approved systems for managing BIM process, files and submittals correctly The ability to work in a variety of construction environments including commercial, educational, industrial and healthcare-related projects Must be willing to handle multiple BIM projects simultaneously and also manage the delegated work to the offshore team Model on and use BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks etc. Aware of all BIM standards Delegate and review work being done by the offshore team of BIM professionals Strive to continuously develop your skills in our core applications A passion for project delivery, people, customer service and your work Be a champion in the advancement of BIM
Qualifications:	A Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering 3+ years of experience using BIM applications on projects Demonstrated expertise in industry-standard BIM applications, such as Autodesk Revit and NavisWorks Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills Follows through on tasks to completion and asks questions when necessary Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment
