Description:	Responsible for the design, creation, configuration and delivery of cloud infrastructure environments using automation best practices and a proactive strategy. Responsible for developing and driving improvements, maintaining/monitoring production and non-production systems, ensuring platforms perform at maximum efficiency and security. Implement automation to help deploy our services and maintain their operational health Ensure systems and people are adhering to process and identify where this is not happening Develop and maintain solutions for highly resilient services and infrastructure Troubleshoot/resolve SSL, firewall and other network issues when needed Documenting and updating processes and procedures for ongoing infrastructure improvements Collaborating with multiple departments to resolve system, application and customer issues.
Qualifications:	Hands-on 4+ years of recent technical experience in Professional Services/Enterprise DevOps role. Strong technical skills and proficiency in multiple functional areas are required; such as infrastructure configuration management, Excellent Programming Skills in at least one modern high-level programming language like Python, Ruby, JavaScript, Node.JS, or others , logging system and network protocols and standards. The ability to spend substantial time interfacing with the offshore teams on a daily basis. Expertise in DevOps tools Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Jira Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or other IT-related field. Fluent in English with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills. Strong sense of ownership, critical thinking, and ability to drive DevOps mindset initiatives across teams for agile release. Analytical thinking.
