Security Manager

1-Security management for Delta Galil Egypt sites
2. Establishment and operation of an internal / external security system.
3. Conducting a complete security study/ examination of all existing security measures and procedures in the Company.
4. Get a hold of information regarding fraudulent methods and Suspects related to Delta’s operations.
5. Mapping the existing technological security measures and submission of a report.
6. Supervision and security control of the technology security suppliers.
7. Coordinate the technological systems handling and maintenance.
8. Actions to prevent and expose thefts.
9. Detection and prevention of industrial espionage against the company.
10. Conducting local investigations and interrogations.
11. Immediate response to any security incident.
12. Constant reporting to security decision makers.
13. Close cooperation with the Human Resources Department regarding recruitment, “on board procedure” and Termination of Employment of employees.
14. Support and consultation for the occupational reliability process (including the necessary interrogations).
15. Training of employees on security issues during courses and daily routine.
16. Set up working procedures, integrate them and supervise their implementation.
17. Protection of the company knowledge.
18. Perform analysis and submit reports accordingly.
19. Guide and advise company’s managers in all areas of security.

1. High school degree education- Mandatory.
2. Advantage to Academic degree.
3. Security Background.
4. Industrial / manufacturing plant Experience – advantage to import/ export company
5. Conducting investigations Experience.
6. Interrogation experience.
7. Writing reports and meeting summaries Experience.
8. Knowledge & ability in computers, ERP, Office (office / outlook)
9. Familiarity with technological security systems and experience in camera interrogation
10. Arabic native language- high verbal expression ability- Mandatory
11. English- high Written and oral expression ability- Mandatory.
12. Other languages- advantage.
