Senior IT Specialist

1. Provide technical support for local and remote users in many locations.
2. Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Hardware, Software, and LAN / WAN infrastructure.
3. Troubleshoot the network and system services (ERP, Printing, Email service, call centre software, and Internet access).
4. Apply the application of all IT policies and regulations
5. Setup, configure and implement surveillance cameras.
6. Configure call centre software, provide reports and contact internet and hotline services providers.
7. Configuring attendance machines with real IP and DDNS port forwarding techniques.
8. Good understanding of Windows Server, antiviruses and Firewall fundamentals
9. Previous work in point of sales IT works is preferred.
10. Working on ERP systems, especially Odoo is a plus.

1. Bachelor’s degree, Computer science is preferred
2. Experience in the same position 4:6 years
