We are a mid-sized company that is hiring a People & Culture Director who will be reporting directly to the CEO. The Director will be responsible for the following functions: 

  • Talent Management
  • Culture Management
  • Learning & Development
  • Payroll & Personnel
Qualifications:
  • 10 – 15 years of experience in HR & Talent Management
  • 3 years experience at least in Executive leadership
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Experience in both Strategic & Operational HR roles
  • Strong command of the English Language
  • Experience in Technology Sector is preferred
