Telemarketing Team Leader

A team leader is needed for a start-up company in October
 

• Maintaining and increasing sales of the company’s different programs and products.
• Achieving sales targets and department goals.
• Monitoring telesales and moderation team performance and motivating them to reach targets.
• Providing continuous reporting on sales forecast
• Coaching the team members and increasing their sales skills and performance.
• Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Updating all internal systems to properly track potential customer and customer contacts
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
• Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
• Setting sales quarter, annual and biannual plans.
• Maintaining strong relationships with internal departments and ease internal communication

• Experience (DME) account is a must
• Ability to work from next week
• Excellent to fluent English speaker is a must
• Able to put business plan and follow up with the team performance
• Able to conduct coaching and monitor agents
• Experience in Vici is a plus
• Working hours from 3 PM to 12 AM
• Salary negotiable according to experience
