Social Media Editor/ Specialist

As a social media editor/ specialist, you are a content creator and you will manage the social media accounts of the company. Your duties are to create posts and engage in creative writing to advertise company events and promotions, maintain social media pages, and engage with customers through social media. Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Build and execute social media strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
• Work with teams to identify social media content, topics, and information flow.
• Write, develop, and strategize for online content production and scheduling.
• Set up and optimize accounts pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
• Write content and get insight from the different social media platforms.
• Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
• You will work from our head office in El-Marg, right beside the ring road.

• Experience: 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent command of content creation.
• Excellent command of (Facebook ads and Instagram).
• Experiences with social media management tools.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word-Excel-PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent command of English.
• Background in moderating pages.
• Additional qualifications in digital technologies or social media management are a plus.
