Description:

The Product Manager is expected to:

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap
  • Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
  • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
  • Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
  • Pitch solutions and ideas to CXO’s.
  • Act as an advocate for the product inside and outside the company.
  • Develop core positioning and messaging for the product in coordination with marketing.
  • Perform product demos to customers
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Product Manager in a financial institution
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • Technical background, with experience in Finance and Banking Solutions
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Must be able to travel 20% of the time
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
