Recruitment Specialist ( 3 to 6 month Internship)

Job Description:• 

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

The intern will learn: Recruitment Process (Screening, Headhunting & interviewing) 
Application Deadline: 3 month

Internship Start date: Immediate

Duration: 3 Month might be renewable based on performance & business needs

• Perfect command of English (C1)
• Preferably to be Elsheikh Zayed Resident
• Fresh Grads are preferred
• Commitment to deadlines
• Age from 22 to 30
• Ability to work under Stress
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
