Senior Web Developer – (UI & UX)

• Produce UX/UI solutions both within a team setting and working independently
• Concept and design development-ready user interface prototypes and mockups
• Identify design problems in existing properties and devise elegant solutions
• Partner with the creative team to ensure alignment between creative and UX/UI
• Develop front-end HTML for responsive design websites and other digital deliverables
• Design complete user experiences that succeed the client’s needs
• Clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients

• 5+ years working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• 4+ years of web application code design and architecture
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to deliver in scope and on time
• Passion for creating efficient, scalable, highly usable web interfaces
• Excited about technology, have a strong interest in learning about and playing with the latest technologies, and building compelling web applications and UI
• Work well in teams, respecting and welcoming ideas from colleagues
• Strong customer focus, ownership, urgency, and drive
