Description Work with the business to develop the learning and development/capability building strategyDeliver on the agreed strategy, providing a professional, proactive service to all levels across the organization and at all stages of the employee journeyWork with key stakeholders to develop learning and development strategies to ensure individuals and teams have the right skills, knowledge and behavioursEnsuring opportunities are offered through multiple channels, including e-learning and online content, in addition to classroom-based learning and workshops.Manage the implementation of a learning platformWork with HR colleagues to carry out robust capability needs analysis across the business and propose appropriate solutions/programs/learning institutes to meet gaps identifiedDesign, develop and implement programs focusing on different pools of talent, e.g. Leadership Programs, Graduate Development Programs/Fellowships, Technical Training Programs, etcLiaise with and manage external suppliers, vendors and partners in the delivery of development program Profile At least 5+ years experience in an L&D leadership role, with experience in capability development in a large organizationStrong experience in design and delivery of learning solutionsKnowledge of e-learning and online contentProven experience working with senior stakeholders on needs analysis and process designA Bachelors degree in HR or a related subjectIdeally a Coaching qualification or learning certificates Job Offer A competitive salary and bonus package on offer The role is based on-site at the giga project with full living and social amenities avaliable |
