Description:
  • Negotiate to get the best prices of Ocean freight, trucking, Customs, carrier services and insurance.
  • Deal with shipping lines, customs Brokers and truckers.
  • Responsible for all booking procedures (Import & Export)
  • Responsible for all process related to Export and Import shipments
  • Book the vessels, prepare the shipping documents.
  • Responsible for organizing and preparing subsidization process
  • Responsible for Monitor the cash transactions on daily basis
  • Issued clients statement and follow up customer deposits and debts
  • Following up with the purchasing, production, warehouse and accounting departments in organized process.
  • Prepare accurate reports for upper management
  • Review Letter of credits
  • Responsible for updating the status of all shipments and following up on its delivery
Qualifications:
  • Good command of English
  • EXP : 2 Years at least .
