Description:	Ensure the on-time delivery of high-quality products to our customers.  Responsible for planning, budgeting, scheduling, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering and  the overall customer experience for products made at the facility.  Develop budgets, staffing plans, and forecasts  Manage the daily production of the plant insuring hourly, daily, weekly and monthly goals /  KPIs are met.  “Hands on” knowledge of manufacturing processes.  Apply disciplined problem-solving techniques to ensure root cause is identified and rectified.  Corrective, Containment and Preventative actions applied.  Plan, organize and direct plant operations to ensure the Company’s Strategic goals are met in  a timely, cost effective manner that provides optimum quality, and on-time customer delivery. • Prepare and submit operating reports to management as well as updating KPIs to inform  them of the current production status and make recommendations to improve efficiency and  effectiveness.  Research, evaluate, recommend and implement investments in equipment or systems that  will enhance the plant’s production capabilities in order to optimize production, improve  efficiency and reduce conversion cost.  Maintain the physical plant in good working condition, plan and anticipate needed repairs for  the budgeting process.  Follow stock levels for all the raw materials to ensure on-going operations  • Other tasks as assigned.
