Description:	The Head of Internal Audit is accountable for providing an independent assurance and consulting services to assist the group companies. He/ She directs development of annual audit plan, comprehensive audit function and provides ongoing supervision to Internal Audit staff to effectively mitigate commercial risks.  He/ She develops and maintains productive relationships and communication with Senior Executive teams in addition to being able to develop and quality assure the work completed by the Internal Audit team.
