Description:
  • Creating, maintaining and reviewing a programme of projects.
  • Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Liaising with surveyors, engineers.
  • Producing progress reports and forecasts for team members, clients and stakeholders.
  • Using project management tools to plan timeframes.
  • Working with estimators to calculate the resources needed for a project.
  • Planning contingency programmers in case timeframes change.
  • Writing bids for tender.
  • Working between offices and construction sites.
  • Manage Inventory: The Planner maintains company inventory, minimizing both overstock and out of stock occurrences. In order to do this, they analyze the supply and demand of their company’s product and forecast. They also monitor inventory supply and design and implement tools for inventory management.
  • Create, maintain, review and administer projects schedules.
  • Present information for internal meetings on the project.
