Description:	Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers. Investigating and setting standards for quality and health and safety Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards and systems Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality Ensuring that all activities are performed in accordance with GMP, company SOPs and Health and Safety policies. Maintaining an awareness of new and proposed legislation that impacts the business and communicating any changes to the Management Team. Ensuring that the Quality department meets or improves on budget, cost, volume and efficiency targets (KPIs) in line with business objectives. Managing, motivating, coaching and mentoring direct reports, to higher levels of management capability.
Qualifications:	Minimum 7 years of experience Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferable Mechanical. Strong knowledge in RCA / PPS /Six Sigma/Quality Circle. Certified Lean Six Sigma and TQM. Strong experience in Lean /ISO 9001. Strong background in Heavy industries and is a plus. Excellent command of English language (speaking, reading and writing). Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately in a busy and demanding environment.
