Description:
  • Providing technical support to teams within the organization
  • Assisting with systems integrations, migration, and implementation
  • Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
  • Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
  • Developing reports for teams across the business
  • Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business
Qualifications:
  • Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and software
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Have experience in database administration
  • Have 2-3 work experience in ERP system implementation
  • Preferred who has worked with Aesthetic centers or medical sectors
  • Working knowledge of SQL Databases & basic network configuration.
  • Working Knowledge of IT Hardware and Software.
  • Ability to learn and master employer-specific software.
  • Complex problem-solving.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to diagnose & address application issues.
