Description:
  1. Responsible for the registration and cancellation of cases
  2. Purchasing of OR devices that the surgeons need
  3. Non-Exclusive doctors and their needs for the schedules of operations
  4. Supervise on the scheduling of nurses and physicians
  5. Responsible for enhancing the OR utilization
  6. Cooperation with the Exclusive doctors to manage their schedules in the OR
  7. Cooperation with the Marketing team especially with External Experts visits for managing their schedules
  8. Provide consultation to clinicians of other specialties regarding OR Consultation.
  9. Responsible for investigating all OR complaints, or cascade it to upper management
  10. Monitor General devices maintenance and biomedical devices
  11. Revise the shortage of devices, medicines, needed items, medical items receipts and files
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree of medicine .
  • Previous experience in any top management title .
  • Post graduate degree in hospital management or business administration is plus .
