Description:	Oversee the implementation of the Government of Authority Functions. Lead, coordinate, supervise and content-manage the full process from development and design to governance and implementation, ensuring the operating model meets the 5 criteria to activate Article 10: Regulations, Regulators (People), Operational Assets & Systems, Protocols & Processes, and Interface with the base economy.
Qualifications:	Knowledge of topics regarding policy/regulatory oversight across multiple functional domains within government contexts. Ability to liaise and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across government entities. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively both in oral and written form. Strong knowledge of: Legal and policy frameworks, or technology, or operations, or financial modeling. Cross-cutting functional disciplines are frequently required in public administration (e.g. law, environment, security). Public administration principles and methods, especially those needed for coordinating across a range of stakeholders.
