Description:
  • Review the contract, the bill of quantity and the drawings of the project to determine the project scope.
  • Plan and organize project objective and priorities.
  • Establish baseline, revised and recovery schedules.
  • Calculate Optimal Material requirement, Manpower Requirement for each stage of the projects.
  • Creating planned cash flow process of all projects and follow up the actual progress.
  • Communicates with the main contractor to improve project coordination.
  • Estimate and record project total expenditure.
  • Coordinate project annual spend projections, cost reconciliations and variance analysis.
  • Revise the cost estimate sheets and financial analysis report.
  • Prepare project design schedule needed for the full design stages.
  • Revise estimated hours for technical departments and monitor progress periodically and compare it with the baseline.
Qualifications:
  • BSc. Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • To be excellent in all projects control tasks including planning and cost control.
  • Experience 5-8 years in planning.
  • Software Skills: (AutoCAD- Primavera – MS project – Power BI) is a must.
  • To have experience in Real Estate Developers and Consultancy design offices.
  • To have experience in commercial projects.
  • Diploma in project management is preferred.
  • Job Location: Head Office.
