Senior Sales Real Estate Representative – Property Consultant – Brokerage

Our Company is providing Full paid training for real estate sales.

• Receive leads from marketing campaigns to contact them as well as clients’ data to offer the available services.
• Display and market the company’s projects to possible clients. Evaluate the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions .
• Upload clients’ information on CRM.
• Approaching own network by contacting targeted clients and following up with them.
• Follow up on potential clients by cold calls.
• Creating daily performance report (DPR) and send it to operation department, team leader and managing director.
• Assume other duties as assigned by his direct manager.

• Bachelor Degree is a must, graduate from a private university is a plus.
• Working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
• Highly presentable.
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• MS Office familiarity (Excel, word and power point)
• Familiar with CRM system.
• New Capital awareness is preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven track of successful sales record.
