Description:
  • Review the contract, the bill of quantity and the drawings of the project to determine the project scope.
  • Establish baseline, revised and recovery schedules.
  • Calculate Optimal Material requirement, Manpower Requirement for each stage of the projects
  • Creating planned cash flow process of all projects and follow up the actual progress.
  • Communicates with managers and stakeholders to improve project coordination.
  • Monitors all payment invoices for contractors or clients
  • Estimate and record project total expenditure including invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
  • Coordinate project annual spend projections, cost reconciliations and variance analysis
  • subcontractors’ deals for writing and issuing clients’ invoices.
  • Undertake breakdown of Variation Orders (VOs)
Qualifications:
  • BSc. Degree in Architecture Engineering is a must.
  • Experience 2-4 years
  • Software Skills: (AutoCAD– MS Office- primavera &MS project ) is a must.
  • Strong Communication, Presentation and Leadership skills.
  • Good in Time Management.
  • Very Good command of English Language.
