Description:
  • Creates, manages, and troubleshoots Active Directory users.
  • Provides resolution to level one.
  • Handels Exchange, office 365 Mailboxes and Archives
  • Handels Anti-Virus and encryption tools
  • Windows OS Deployment
  • Assigns and troubleshooting user passwords and tokens
  • Handles meetings and conferences schedules
  • Remotes access and VPN tools
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in (IT, Computer Science, Computer engineering) is preferable.
  • Good Office 365 skills.
  • Experience in windows server 2016/2019, AD, DHCP, DNS, WSUS, etc.
  • Experience in exchange servers & exchange online.
  • Knowledge in data center virtualization (VMware & Hyper-V).
  • Knowledge of security as it applies to Microsoft technology.
  • Understanding and knowledge of different antivirus administration (Kaspersky, TrendMicro)
  • Expert knowledge & hands-on for firewalls. (Palo alto, Forcepoint,).
  • Knowledge of web application firewalls, load balancers.
  • Experience with data center servers, SAN, and NAS storage administration (HPE, IBM, StorSimple ).
  • Experience with backup solutions (NetBackup, Veeam).
  • Knowledge of MS system center family products.
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly with minimal guidance.
