Automotive Sales Engineer – Cairo

Reliable enthusiastic person responsible of developing and maintaining the automotive service providers’ network supporting Clubenz mobile application. Accountable for contracting new providers and managing existing ones to manage positive win/win relationships and increase revenues

Key responsibilities:

• Build a network of providers including service centers, part shops, and specialized services workshops.
• Manage relationship with all service providers to ensure successful Win/Win relation
• Monitor customer feedback on the different providers and communicate frequently the feedback to providers during the frequent scheduled service calls.
• Full management for the membership benefits bundles
• Ensure getting exclusive benefits for Clubenz customers
• Develop and introduce initiatives to drive customer and provider satisfaction
• Input on providers’ technical info to ensure the best representation of the application
• Job is mostly outdoors
• Compensation includes Basic Salary, transportation allowance, and bonus based on achieving agreed targets

Knowledge & skills:

• Experience in auto manufacture/maintenance/services is a plus
• Excellent negotiation and selling skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and reporting skills
• Ability to deal with different levels of car service providers
• Ability to present to senior management results and recommendations
• Advanced Time Management
• Education: Automotive/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
• Owning car for transportation
