Description:

we are coil x specialized company in central heating and air conditioning we are looking for a talented engineer to help us in our projects and to handover it correctly.

  • Coordinating and managing the HVAC trades on major construction projects to ensure successful completion of all HVAC trade work.
  • Estimate HVAC trades during pre-construction
  • Review Contract Documents, making suggestions/modifications as they relate to the MEP trades
  • Manage and lead HVAC subcontractors throughout the duration of the project (from Groundbreaking through Commissioning and Turnover to Owner)
  • Assist the Scheduling department with developing detailed CPM schedules for all HVAC installation activities, including cost and resource loading
  • Review and approve material and equipment for HVAC systems prior to installation
  • Monitor the installation and start-up of HVAC systems and commissioning of the project with Owner
  • Prefer previous experiences with residential projects (villa’s, palace & apartments)
