Description:	Prepare P&L statement Able to effectively control the Manufacturing Cost. Control the  outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage, and efficiency. Prepare variance analysis and communicating with relevant parties. Check the cost of sales and ensure that the costs are within budget. Check the menu pricing and ensure the correct prices. Responsible for preparing daily Report and distributing to management. Responsible for monthly  Report and distributed to management. Prepare the daily and monthly cost report department in relation to the cost of sales. Any other tasks as and when required by the management Prepare and analyse monthly inventory transactions. Monitor all company warehouses (raw -packing -spare parts -finished goods) Perform month-end close process including journal entries and account analysis Prepare the monthly, annual inventory valuation Coordinate physical inventory cycle count Revision of production orders Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating with relevant parties.
Qualifications:	Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports. Computer Literate – Strong Excel skills and the ability to use Outlook and Word Bachelors Degree in Accounting Must have a strong Cost systems background and have excellent analytical skills; sound understanding of accounting principals. Strong time management skills Very Good English Good communication Skills
