Description:	Perform quality activities in accordance with the quality management system established  Establish inspection and test plans and their record forms as per project requirements and international codes & standards   Carry out inspections on discipline responsible to determine whether work performed conforms to quality requirements, and recording its result   Ensure inspection status is controlled through efficient tools such as inspection matrix  Coordinate direct activities with the other discipline inspectors to maintain consistency and integrity in the overall construction. Inspection of piping, welding, painting, and insulation activities and supports subcontractor to ensure quality and efficiency in accordance with project specification.   Review Customer’s technical specifications and Quality Assurance Plans, QC Procedures, and NDE procedures to assist with establishing acceptable working practices for construction activities.   Verifying that adequate and valid welder approvals are available and that only approved welders are used in production  Managing and performing inspection of Welding discipline Generate client Requests For Inspection (RFI) where required providing sufficient notice for hold, witness, and inspection points. Prepare / Review the following Quality procedure documents submitted by the Subcontractors such are Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Material Approval Request (MAR). Prepare / Review / Approve the related inspection reports where inspection results are recorded Controlling inspection status by using systematic tools such as inspection matrix. Setting and applying practical inspection process of particular discipline based on Project requirements and International Codes (providing ITP & managing Matrix) Control NCRs to be closed out within the due date and supporting to prepare Corrective Action Plan properly. Performing and coordinating inspection with client. Carry out QC Supervisor’s responsibility in his/her absence. Control quality violations through regular toolbox talk with the construction team. Review and track material submittals required for Welding Definable Features of Work prior to Preparatory Meetings.
