Description:

 

  • Will be responsible for the mechanical preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, required spare parts.
  • Working with Maintenance Technicians for a smooth workflow and flawless maintenance execution
  • Responsible for Emergency Maintenance response to critical manufacturing processes including breakdown diagnosis and analysis to reduce operational downtime.
  • Plans, implements, and coordinates mechanical maintenance operations and relevant communication with operations and quality departments for Predictive and Corrective Maintenance
  • Prepares maintenance spare parts list, mechanical maintenance budget, and stock management plan (min/max) for predictive and corrective maintenance requirements
  • Conducts relevant trainings for Technicians for maintenance procedures and new equipment    received.
  • Keeping daily maintenance Logs and Reports for data entry administrator usage. 

 

Qualifications:
  • Experience from 5 to 7 years in mechanical maintenance, Including  2 years in the same position.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or mechatronics engineering.
  • Good knowledge about :
  1. Water cooling circuits and chillers.
  2. Air compressors.
  3. Plastic injection moulds.
  • Team leader.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Very good in  English.
