  1. Setting up the expedition area (kitchen, or bar pass) at the beginning of every shift. 
  2. Communicating between the kitchen and the service staff to ensure quality and accuracy of orders.
  3. Verifying order accuracy, and quality.
  4. Communicating with management and servers in regard to menu changes all through service
  5. Setting up tables with bread, olives, and others.
  6. Prepare plates/glasses on trays for delivery efficiency
  7. Delivering food and beverages to the correct tables
  8. Greeting guests professionally at the table before serving
