Description:	Developing and implementing hiring strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Managing the recruitment and selection process Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital Nurture a positive working environment Maintain pay plan and benefits program Report to management and provide decision support through People Ops metrics Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Qualifications:	Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related field is a must, Masters Degree is a plus 3+ years of experience in the People Operations Department – the previous specialization in recruitment and experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus. People-oriented and results-driven Track record of building People Initiatives is key Demonstrable experience with People KPIs Knowledge of People Operations systems and databases Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Salary:	8000 to 15000
