Description:	Oversee day-to-day operations Design strategy and set goals for growth Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished on time Implement a Plant Performance Tracking System which includes the key performance indicators covering all departments of the plant. Prepare an annual manufacturing plan and policy guidelines to drive the performance of key result areas on production activities and continuous implementation monitoring. Maintain budgets and optimize expenses Set policies and processes Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance Direct the employee assessment process Prepare regular reports for upper management Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors
Qualifications:	Suitable Bachelor’s degree.  Cairo resident is must.  MBA certificate is must.  DBA diploma is preferred  Experience as General Manager from 5 to 10 years.  Experience in industrial field and manufacturing is must.
