Tele-Sales Representative (Work from home)

We’re looking for someone who’s flexible with working ROTATIONAL SHIFTS (8 hrs. per day from home permanently) and can start immediately!!

Weekends: ROTATIONAL

Job Description:

• Candidate should be capable of holding both phone and message conversations with the explicit purpose of selling information products.
• Handling phone calls, texts & chats.
• Answering questions about products or the company.
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

• FLUENT IN ENGLISH IS A MUST.
• MALES ONLY.
• Proven experience as tele-sales representative or other sales/customer service role.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
