  • Complies with all relevant quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy work environment.
  • Design and implements storage, backup and archiving systems.
  • Manages the configuration of Exchange, domain controller and AD.
  • Remains abreast of regional and international trends in infrastructure services design methods.
  • Monitoring DR and performing the activity between DR and main DC.
  • Performs infrastructure services in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Conducts in depth analysis of current capabilities; generates capability analysis reports and shares them with the IT management.
  • Manages the configuration and installation of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, VMware,)
  • Oversees the deployment of directory and messaging services, and defines their technology specifications.
  • Defines and configures DHCP, DNS, WINS and group policy management.
  • Drives the design, implementation, and support of end-user account management solution.
  • Upgrades and maintains Email services and ensure their regular backup.
  • Observes confidentiality procedures as necessary and tracks documentation to ensure security and control.
  • Defines, reviews, and validates the technical requirements of the tenders.
  • Resolves day to day operational and administrative issues.
