Graduate Management Program

Our graduate management program held to enhance skills and increase the knowledge of the participants.

This program is designed to give a huge experience in different aspect of business ( production ,maintenance , operation , supply chain , Finance , HR , Marketing , Export ).

Starting from the first day, you’ll go through  a comprehensive Onboarding Program that systematically exposes you to all areas of the organization.

 You’ll participate in a six- to eight-month development program.

 This will include rotations that combine on-the-job learning with formal training opportunities.

 You’ll be given stimulating, hands-on roles and the professional advising from our experts.

 And you will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with our company values and explore your capabilities more. 

 A challenging job opportunity will be granted after completing the program for every participant

• Entry-Level from 0 to 2 years of experience maximum.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering  or business Majors (sales and marketing , strategic management)
• Flexibility and willingness to relocate or travel frequently specially for engineering majors.
• Previous or current participation in extracurricular and volunteering activities.
• Flexible, adaptive and responsive to the specific needs of the position, including relocation outside Cairo.
• Superb Communication skills.
• A people person, street smart and able to understand different characters.
• Interpersonal and organizational skills including attention to detail.
• Proven Problem solving and risk Management skills.
• Confidence and effectiveness skills.
• Management and planning Knowledge and skills.
• Innovative and willingness to explore.
• Mathematical and analytical skills, and ability to link numerical reports to business decisions.
