Senior Financial Accountant

Job Description 

• Prepare weekly reporting to be distributed to the operations + executive teams
• Participate in the period-end close process, including entering journal entries, reconciling accounts, + investigating discrepancies
• Work closely with Operations + Supply Chain teams to track + record accurate Kitchen Center-level results
• Work closely with department heads + Finance Managers to report and address budget vs.

actual support-level expense variances 

• Monitor, record, + reconcile all cash activity

Work closely with the Finance Manager on ad hoc reporting + analysis

Job Requirements 

• Bachelors in Accounting 
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, research, + data analysis skills 
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel to build models and dynamic reports 
• Ability to communicate effectively both in writing + verbally 
• Ability to work independently + with a team in a fast-paced, high volume environment that emphasizes timeliness + accuracy 
• Willingness to learn + develop new processes for existing tasks 
• 6-10 years of experience as a cost accountant for restaurants or FMCG is a must 
• Excellent written and verbal skills. 
• Very good computer skills 
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks. 
• Good knowledge of Financial Accounting. 
• Familiar with ERP Systems.
