Description:	Position Title:             Sales CoordinatorEmployment Type:     Full Time Salary:                        up to 4K SAR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location:            Riyadh, KSA About the Client: A well-known food manufacturing company that specializes on nuts, dried fruits & spices all over Middle East and Africa Job Description: Receive customer orders / enquiries by means of e-mail, fax, and phone; review the enquiries and/or LPOs to make sure that all required information has been provided Coordinate with logistics to make sure that all deliveries have been dispatched including urgent deliveries if any Check the daily out of stock situation which fails to meet the customers’ orders and inform to the sales team Fill-up customer complaint form in lieu with product complain receives from the customer and then forwards it to Quality Department for corrective / preventive action plan Prepare and analyze the monthly sales report and KPIs and present to the Sales Manager
