  • Handling all foreign purchasing Processes.
  • Arrange foreign purchasing cycle with foreign suppliers to cover all purchase requisitions.
  • Arrange shipping & insurance with forwarders and insurance companies.
  • Prepare and update the tracking file and share it with requesting departments.
  • Prepare with suppliers and clearance agents for smooth clearance.
  • Follow up the customs clearance process.
  • Consider customs requirements for all shipments.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Significant analytical skillset
  • Fluent English
  • Max Age: 37
  • 5:8 Years of Relevant Experience
