Import Manager

• Building strong relationship with suppliers.
• Following new order with suppliers in order to ship those orders on time without delay.
• Checking shipments documents as (Perform invoice, BL, final invoice, packing list, certificate of origin)
• Periodic import reports to achieve company targets.
• Aware of shipping cycle, tracking and follow up shipments.
• Following transfers companies and checking banks swifts.
• Supporting logistic team to finalize shipping booking and containers loading.
• Supporting logistic team to finalize shipments telex as fast as can.
• Preparing and updating financial liabilities report against shipments amounts.
• Follow-up of all laws and regulations of import, inside Egypt.
• Following customs clearance company performance.
• Partner with suppliers and inventory planners and ensure accurate movement of all international goods and ensure arrival of goods within required timeframe and obtain best freight rates at all times.
• Design, evaluate and renew all contracts as per requirement and monitor and prepare reports for all import activities and recommend changes if required.
• Perform research for various departments for all import laws and procedures and maintain knowledge on all tariffs and licenses and collaborate with finance team and maintain inventory of all products and analyze all loan and insurance documents.
• Provide all insurance on shipments and design and execute all corrective action plans for processes.

10 years experience at import industry is a must
