Description:
  • Handling all procedures related to the new customs regulations NAFZA, ACID & Cargo X platform.
  •  Communicating with the suppliers to receive the drafts to be revised and confirmed before legalization
  • Prepare the full set of the shipping docs & send them to the custom broker before the shipment arrival at POD
  • Prepare the required customs Forms (form 4, 5, 6, Value dec.) and any required delegations and official letters related to GOIEC, NAFZA, Test lab, ……
  • Prepare and submit all the required docs for the bank to finalize FORM 4 for each shipment.
  • Follow up all customs clearance process for all shipments to achieve the max. cost saving point and avoid any demurrage.
  • Revise the duties & applying for the correct HS code per item for each shipment before proceeding with shipments.
  • Send the releasing plan to the WH team daily with all the ready shipments to be release mentioning the final release and the under-custody shipments.
  • Auditing the Clearance & Freight invoices and prepare the local cost & access cost for each shipment and posting them on ERP– Landed cost. Follow up for the final release letters related to the under-custody shipments.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing Team to collect Purchase orders related to foreign purchases and prepare the requirement plan.
  • Check the stock daily and report to the senior.
  • Follow up confirmed orders with suppliers 
  • Select freight forwarding agents/companies, shipping companies and agents for customs clearance to bring best rates and complete importing procedures for SRI shipments.
  • Revise carefully the shipping documents and coordinate with shipping agent. 
  • Follow up shipping process and delivery time for all shipments.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Microsoft Office Excellent user.
  • Knowledge of purchasing and customs laws, policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Experience with CRM & ERP Systems
  • Very Good English.
  • Experience 4-8 years.
  • Flexible to learn.
