Description:	DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Accountable for and serve as Lead for the PMCM CCP Delivery Ensure the full team (PMCM, SSCs & Contractors) cooperate and coordinate to deliver the Works Ensure that Health and Safety procedures are being implemented and followed at all phases of the project in accordance with HSE Program procedures and SAPL HSE policy Responsible for leading the PMCM project team on the project/s, interfacing with all project stakeholders and reporting to the Client team Reports, monitors and supports on Schedule and Budget reporting, review, monitoring, establishing and approval points Interfaces with other KAFD projects and district-wide work. Collaborates with, and supports other KAFD project teams Identifies and mitigates scope creep, project issues, performance issues Provide leadership to successfully plan, develop, implement and complete Sitewide while maintaining high professional standards. Establish and maintain healthy, collaborative and effective communication with staff and colleagues. Initiate resolution of client, architect, contractor, internal and consultant issues Continuously improve the project delivery program Utilize persuasion and negotiations skills to resolve critical issues Work with the PMCM Core team, Leadership and other project delivery teams to maintain high design standards, quality, consistency and technical coordination with the aim of delivering the project successfully Provides leadership in problem solving and mitigation of issues across the project Ensure that QA/QC procedures are being implemented and followed at all phases of the project in accordance with Quality Assurance Program procedures
