Description:	The Insulation Operations Manager – will be responsible for providing leadership, oversight, and management of all insulation activities for projects. The Project Manager will develop and implement management, planning, and cost control systems. The position is also ultimately responsible for executing the work in accordance with the quality standards. The Operations Manager will provide the client with full customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with all Company policies and procedures. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES: Responsible for providing leadership, oversight, and management of all insulation activities; Maintain a strong relationship with the customer and all assigned employees; Provide direction and goals for the on-site supervisors that are in alignment with performance management metrics. Enforce execution of all company and client policies and procedures and ensure compliance. Develop and implement site specific policies in partnership with Human Resources and Operations as needed. Perform job walkdowns, procure materials and equipment, develop proposals and respond to RFPs. Maintain a safety conscience work environment with an exceptional HSE record. Maintain adequate staffing and resources to ensure project completions. Demonstration of strong leadership by being accessible to all employees, customers, and Mistras project support functions.
