Description:	A Saudi leading Company in the field of Food & Beverage , is looking for a Operation Manager (minimum of 10 year-experience) to lead our capable team of professionals. The candidate should ideally have work experience in the following areas: Responsible for all aspects of business operations from planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and reporting of the entire operations department. Develop and implement operational processes, systems, to improve and revolutionize the effectiveness of the entire department. Directing the customer-facing operations to meet strategic growth, sales, profitability, and operational standard targets. Leading and developing a team of best-in-class Area Managers and Unit Managers. Presenting valuable food with excellent quality to achieve or surpass guest satisfaction. Ensure all products and services standards are met consistently. Perform orientation and provide training to all new employees on restaurant processes and determine appropriate feedback from employees and maintain all restaurant plans. Reviews sales mix & food cost performance monthly with the Supply chain team and proposes new &/or replacement product targets. Promotes a culture of customer-focused excellence at all times in directing and communicating with the operations team.
