Description:	Responsible for r all day-to-day functional control of the salon branch and ensure successful attainment of revenue target Provide leadership and direction to the whole salon team , provide training to ensure high customer satisfaction and revenue Initiate and direct the development and implementation of customer relationship management strategies. Effectively identify appropriate potential clients segments Manage supplies and equipment inventories within the approved budget. Ensure all employees have proper and enough supplies, equipment and uniform Ensure that all operational procedures, codes of conduct and standards of appearance set down by the Company are adhered to by all staff. Submit management weekly reports as required
