Job Description Branch Manger

• Work Location: Cairo( Nasr city branches , New Cairo branches , Maadii branches , Down town ) 
• Manage the branch through overseeing technical and administrative function; supervise physicians, chemists, reception, and support personnel in the branch.
• Review and approve repair orders, purchase orders and utility bills.
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
• Prepare and submit the staff utilization schedule for the branch before the 10th of every month
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
• Supervises and trains staff in the performance of laboratory functions – both administrative and technical operating procedures. Evaluates staff proficiency and performance
• Maintains a documented schedule of quality control and quality assurance, including satisfying the external and internal quality control procedures
• Stays abreast of new tests, new procedures, and new technology in the Medical Technology field. Initiates discussion with medical and administrative personnel regarding implementation of new methodology, tests, and procedures as appropriate
• Managing laboratory inventory, establishing preventative maintenance schedule for equipment; overseeing computerized records system
• Implements safe laboratory environment in compliance with good practice and applicable regulations

Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree of science 

Bachelor of Veterinary

More than 4 years of experience in the field
