Description:	Position Title:              Sous ChefEmployment Type:    Full-time Salary:                       up to 12K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications    Job Location:            Dubai, UAE       About the Client: A well-known F&B and nightlife group based in Dubai specializing in international cuisines and now expanding to showcase Asian cuisine concept in fine dining restaurant and nightlife Job Description: Work closely with the Executive Chef and the Head Chef in maintaining a high quality standard of food preparation, determine quality and quantity of food materials used with a view of eliminating waste and spoilage Monitor wastages and spoilages and keep it at a minimum by constantly checking refrigerators and food production according to the needs of the operation Ensure that all guidelines are followed in regard to hygiene, discipline, fire and safety Enforce policies and procedures for staff to handle properly their respective equipment
