HR Benefits Specialist

We’re in search of a qualified and resourceful HR Specialist to support our HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The HR Specialist will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping us to plan and administer important functions, such as compensation and benefits, Contracts, Recognition and Reward, HR Analysis Reports and Employee Engagement.

Medical Insurance 

• Make recommendations for new company insurance policies, ensure that insurance certificates are in full compliance, and keep track of important policy details
• Set up effective and efficient systems to organize and administrate all staff insurance claims
• Maintain employee records and paperwork, including up to date records of all medical insurance claims
• Process all Insurance company payments as required
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise

Compensation and benefits:

• Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture
• Assessment of the employees’ needs by means of different elevation methods and techniques
• Collection of price offers and finding suppliers for all the benefits of employees including (medical insurance company, meals, transportation , uniform, and all other benefits provided from the company )

Recognition and reward 

• Create an R&R program to support the company’s yearly objectives.
• Spreading R&R culture awareness.
• Recommend strategies to motivate employees.

Employee Engagement 

• Establish the most effective systems and channels of internal communication to facilitate timely and relevant
• information exchange between the company and its employees.
• Communicate all organizational changes within the organization.

Other Duties 

• Assisting in Blue-Collar recruitment processes
• Administering compensation and benefit plans

• Resident in 6th of October or Giza 
• BSC in human resources, business administration, or similar relevant field
• Previous working experience in the HR field for 5 years
• Hands-on experience in Com & Ben, Recognition and Reward, Contracts, Analysis, and familiar with Blue Collar Recruitment 
• Good understanding of full-cycle hiring process
• Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong and proven analytical skills
• Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
