Description:	Supervising and monitoring operators and helpers to ensure the accuracy of executing the production plan for the end of the line. Monitoring the release of raw materials from warehouses. Monitoring waste rates ,and analyzing root causes and suggesting means to reduce our waste. Ensures compliance with approved production methods and quality standards. Oversees and or conducts training of new or existing employees. Monitors usage of utilities to ensure efficiency of operations. Build Quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements. Ensure employees are trained well to do their work and their training is documented. Establish and support a work environment of continuous improvement that supports the companies Quality policy, Quality System & the appropriate regulations for the area. Schedules and or performs calibrations for plant measuring instruments. Administration duties, which include Time and Attendance system and Holiday planning. Follow cleaning procedures are follow as per standard by using specified cleaning check list Ensure the clearance around the machine by using daily checklist Follow procedure of SOP Review all required records related to Metalizer.
Qualifications:	Qualification: B.S.C, Mechanical Design, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering and Chemical Engineering Must be Male Excellent of English 3-6 years of Experience Graduated from Governmental University is a must
